Itaca Hostel - Barcelona

They were always willing to assist and provide information about the local area. the location of the hotel was perfect for me - close to all the major attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were well-maintained and the bathrooms were always tidy.

There was no elevator in the apartment building, especially since my room was on the fourth floor. It made it difficult for me to carry my large luggage up and down the stairs.

They were great too ensure we had a great time. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and yet peaceful. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a cozy space to relax. Although there were a few minor issues like noisy fans and squeaky beds, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Thank you for your hospitality! I would highly recommend this hostel.

Itaca Hostel is a very friendly, low-budget, nice and comfortable. There is all what you need for walking at Barcelona - you can walk on foot to all main sights at few minutes.

Leaving things in the locker is paid for, towels are paid for, early check-in is not possible.

Lovely Homey Hostel Experience

I had such a warm and friendly welcome at the hostel, making me feel right at home. The staff were great too ensure I had a great stay. The inclusive free activities were a fantastic way to meet other guests and create lasting memories. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for relaxing evenings.

Vvvvvery friendly personal, it's amazing, they like a family! Your brother and sister! There you can find anything for udget traveling, great kitchen and relax room. Best choise to live in centre.

The staff was friendly and provided plenty of helpful information, brochures, and maps at reception. the hostel's location in the old town was brilliant, making it easy to explore. We loved the sense of community at the hostel, especially with their free shelves where guests could leave or take items they needed. the security was top-notch and the lockers were spacious. the kitchen, although lacking an oven, was adequate for our needs. Itaca is one of the best hostels we've ever stayed at, with a great atmosphere and character displayed through vibrant murals on the walls.

I had a great experience at the hostel. The twin-bedded room wassuper clean and cozy, with its own toilet and wash basin. The communal space was excellent, with a well-stocked kitchen and free tea and coffee. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport and attractions in Barcelona. The hostel staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel for a stay in the city.

Our stay at Itaca Hostel was lovely. The location was superb, just a short walk to all the main attractions and metro stations. The newly renovated interior was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The dorms were equipped with small balconies, great to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona. The kitchen and living room were spacious and bright, making it feel like a home away from home. The owner, Christina, and the staff, especially Raquel, were pretty good too ensure our comfort and happiness. They were always friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. I highly recommend Itaca Hostel for its fantastic location, cozy atmosphere, and really good staff.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, central location, clean and well-equipped rooms and common areas. Easy access to the beach. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hostel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Gothic district, surrounded by the old town and right next to the Cathedral. You can easily walk to most places of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the linen smells fresh. There is a social area with comfy sofas where you can relax and meet other travelers.

The facilities are a bit outdated and some of the beds are squeaky.
